Fourth Annual One-to-One Computing Conference

Cole Camplese is just finishing up his talk at the conference. A very informative and engaging speaker with a great deal of info to share. The big challenge that he put forth is how to incorporate the social networking of 2.0 into the classroom. I can really see the importance of the collaborative nature of this generation being harnessed. The ability for 1000s of students able to organize in a matter of hours is revolutionary.

For me, the phrase that I took away from this morning's talks and workshops was to learn how to teach from the back of the room. I'm no longer the focus or engine of the classroom -- we all are.
