Siftables: The Toy Blocks that Think

This morning I came across another amazing talk from TED. Every year the talks at TED are just flat out amazing. At first glance the video below is just a tech demo from David Merrill from the MIT Media Lab, but if you watch it and think about what is going on we are in for a whole new set of human computer interactions. Really an amazing example of what can be when one throws away old conventions and embraces new ones. His Siftables are essentially blocks that can be configured to interact with each other is some really interesting and amazing ways.
