"The Course Mail tool allows students and instructors to correspond with each other without requiring the use of Internet e-mail accounts. It provides access to the new HTML editor, supports adding attachments and forwarding to Internet e-mail addresses, and allows the sender and recipients to monitor who has read a message."

If you are going to embed a video in a quiz question that the quizzee MUST watch to answer the question, please provide alternative links to said video, and an alternative way to get at the required info - like a text transcript.

I just watched my daughter wait 30 minutes for a video to load in an ANGEL quiz. Good grief.

I've created an LOR titled "Education Technology Resources." It will hold, among other things, student tutorials on a variety of ed tech, starting with an introduction to podcasting.

Problem is, you can't access an LOR from within a group, so any students wishing to use the LOs in the LOR within their own groups can't do so.

I was hoping this would not be the case in 7.3, but it is. Any suggestions on alternatives?

Any one tried to send an email but don't see it in the Sent box? A student report this. I tested in my dev. space and it's true. Is there an Angel setting that can solve this?

"On May 16, Information Technology Services upgraded Penn State's Course Management System, ANGEL, to version 7.3. The new version features enhancements to several existing tools and several new tools that will help course editors perform administrative tasks. There are also several minor interface changes."
