Seeing who in the class has opened a sent email in 7.3

Previously in ANGEL, an instructor could send an email out to the class, and see who opened it and when. I do not see that option in 7.3. Is it still there somewhere?
I've had a lot of faculty complaining about the number of clicks now required to send a course mail (since Quick Message creates too many popup problems to use), but not the "Message Read By" yet. Thanks for your posting to prompt me to find it before I get asked :-).
Enter your course in ANGEL and go to the Communicate tab. Select "View Inbox" (which I use for ALL mail functions) and select a message that has been sent. In the "Actions" drop-down, select "Message Read By" and click the "Go" button. Another window will open where you can choose to see which users "have" or "have not" read the message. The "+" next to the message's subject line will have to be clicked to see the list. Of course, if there is no "+" but only a "-," then there are no results.

I hope that helps!
