Extra Credit for Surveys?

Has anyone used surveys to provide extra credit in a class of 300+?

I have an instructor who wants to provide extra credit for a feedback survey - but the survey is also anonymous. We can track who did and did not submit the survey - but there is no easy way to get that info into any shape that can be exported into a spreadsheet and uploaded (names and user id's are all in one field).

We need a sleeker solution than any of the ideas I've been able to come up with! If you got thoughts - let me know!

Extra Credit for Surveys?

One of my instructors does this for a very large course. The solution we came up with was to use the formulas in ANGEL and have completion of the anonymous survey automatically open up a quiz that basically says, I completed the anonymous survey and would like my extra credit point please. This works pretty well as long as the instructor reminds the students that it is a two part process.
