The Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon (THON)

THON is a year round fundraising event benefiting The Four Diamonds Fund, Conquering Childhood Cancer, at the Penn State Children's Hospital in Hershey, PA. The year culminates in a no-sitting, no-sleeping, two day dance marathon held every February. Over the past 35 years, the students of THON have raised millions and have helped thousands of children and families fight pediatric cancer.

This year, a "THON" will also be held here in Second Life during the time as the 'real' THON is taking place in University Park, PA on the campus of Penn State University.

We'll be having live musicians, DJs and other events to benefit "THON" and the Four Diamonds Fund here in Second Life on Friday, February 22, 6 PM to midnight EST. Please take part in these activities and donate generously to this cause.
