  • Peter Idowu - Associate Professor of Engineering The EGC is working with Dr. Idowu on a game called Eco-Racer. This is a racing game designed to teach players about the pros and cons of alternate energy sources.
  • Eric Hayot - Associate Professor, Department of Comparative Literature Dr. Hayot is conceptualizing a course around Virtual Worlds that will include the use of specialized software in the EGC Lab.
  • Andrea Tapia - Assistant Professor, Information Sciences and Technology. The EGC is assisting Dr. Tapia in the creation of a course module around Virtual Worlds, including labs, activities and software.
  • Gerry Santoro, Assistant Professor, Information Sciences and Technology. The EGC is supporting Dr. Santoro's efforts to incorporate Second Life as part of the IST 110 and SRA 111 course experiences.
  • Gloria Clark, Assistant Professor of Humanities and Spanish. Through an engagement project with the EGC, Dr. Clark utilized a virtual Hacienda within Second Life to support Spanish education.
  • Alexia Hudson, Assistant Librarian An information center within Second Life was created to support several courses Alexia assist with at Penn State Great Valley.
  • Keith Bailey, Director e-Learning Institute, College of Arts and Architecture. The EGC is supporting Dr. Bailey with his Second Life initiative to create a virtual Palmer Museum, used within several entry-level courses as part of the learning experience.
