Just taking a look, Dreamweaver CS4 has new Photoshop Integration which lets you convert PSD files to Web files on the fly (and also lets you edit directly in Photoshop). I also like the new code navigator (it shows ALL the CSS classes affecting that pesky bit of overlapping text).
