For the record, the following acceesibility feature was added in the new ANGEL banner

"A minor update was applied to ANGEL this morning during the maintenance window. The top banner now includes an “Accessible View” link to switch to text-only display. The new link is easy to locate for persons who use a screen reader."

It replaces the more obscure "508 View" button and it closer to the top of the source HTML. It should be noted that the actual mode is called "PDA mode" (after the Palm Pilot).
