I just stumbled upon a great resource that you could share with your faculty - on topics from encouraging collaboration, to classroom management, to designing online programs... Magna Publications has made a series of free reports available for download. Each gathers articles on a certain topic from some of their most popular newsletters (The Teaching Professor, The Online Classroom, etc...)
