Student Dorm Bandwidth Temporarily Increasing at UP

This is more of a University Park issue, but the download bandwidth allottment is increasing to 4G as a trial for this spring. Apparently frequent YouTube and gaming has become more of a factor.

Does anyone know if this just a UP issue or if other campuses have similar issues?
