I saw a lot of excitement at being able to use Google Map mashups, so I thought I would share a new linguistic resource just announced. The World Atlas of Language Structures Online (http://wals.info/feature) from the Max Planck Digital Library is a new resource that maps languages with phonological, morphological or syntactic features.
