Need at Penn State

Currently, we are using Harvard's system to run the Live Question Tool for our events, but it doesn't appear to be in continuous development and there is no support. For the long-term, we need to bring this tool in house so we can ensure that it is available when we need it. We would also like to change the way the tool works based on some feedback that we've gotten from our uses. We have the source code, but can we re-write the tool in Movable Type so anyone can set up their own Live Question Tool instance in their own space?
