I have been thinking about our interest in moving the podcasts.psu.edu site out of Drupal and into MT. What would that do the application? At this time it is being built into Drupal, moving to MT would eliminate the Drupal CMS. Any thoughts?

Moving to MT shouldn't cause any issues, as long as the web server serving the iTunes U dashboard application is able to run the perl scripts. The app requires certain perl modules, mysql, and cron to work properly.
