Topics
- Brett and Elizabeth will be coming to discuss the "suggestions" items from the TLT site and what to do with the remainder
- Jamie is sending me the RSS feed list that he has. I have Cole's one and mine. We should be able to combine them, compare them to the ETS staff list, and then find the remaining feeds from ETS staff to create a comprehensive list.

February 24, 2009 Meeting
Present
- Allan Gyorke
- Audrey Romano
- Derick Burns
Topics
- TLT and ETS Staff Pages
- Audrey and Catherine will talk about the Plone product, options, and anti-spam settings
- Can we embed "About" information into sites like TLT and ETS (optional for staff)? Audrey will talk to Brad about this.
- We could link from news stories to the TLT directory entries
- We can add additional columns listing things like title and work group
- Minimum information: Name and Title organized within departments, click to see more information, including web site, phone, e-mail, "about" information
- Flash widget for Marketing events
- We have the Symposium widget now, can people embed this places and we can shift through campaigns?
- Discussion based on Dave's post about the Symposium Widget
- Currently, this is an image with a link, but we could change this to a Flash object with a standard name. This object would be replaced as we begin marketing new events.
- We may need to have multiple Flash objects: one to advertise all of our projects, one to be just for events
- Flash object with moo stickers, similar to the podcasting badge? Customized embed code with the results?
- How would this be updated in the future (editing, adding new, removed services)?
- RSS Feeds
- Derick will send Allan a list of all of the RSS feeds that Jamie has collected.
- Community Hubs
- Tabled for next week. Group will look over the list of all servers that are supported by Jason.
- Next meeting: next week, with future weekly meetings, at least for the beginning.
