We will be getting together for the first time sometime next week. I am in the process of securing a room for us next Tuesday, the 19th, and next Wednesday, the 20th, from 4pm to 7pm each day. You only need to come to one of those sessions. If you cannot make it either of those dates/times let me know and we'll make other arrangements. We will use the meeting time to get aquainted, to cover the basic expectations and logistics regarding the course, and to do some basic training so we can begin to support faculty.

There will be ongoing training through at least the first half of the semester on the technologies we support (ANGEL, iTunes U at Penn State, and streaming video just to name a few). We will be using two vehicles to communicate and keep records: this ANGEL course, and the TLA Tutors place. I will give you more information on how we will use each of them when we get together. In the meantime, please feel free to browse the content in each. Also check out the ANGEL Community Hub. This is a community page we're developing to discuss all thing ANGEL. It's okay if none of this makes much sense to you at the moment. Just kind of familiarize yourself with them for our get together.

Hello,We will be using this space as a way to create a community knowledgebase for ourselves and the tutor program. In particular, we should come here to post our journal entries, ask questions, and get information regarding the tutor program. I will explain more about this space when we get together next week.
