Modern technology is changing the way our brains work, says neuroscientist
Column by Oxford professor and neuroscientist Susan Greenfield on how modern technology raises some red flags about the two-dimensional worlds we inhabit and says there is a need for discussion. Well, we can certainly discuss it here. What do you think of what she is saying?

Yesterday, I listened to a young teacher (a technology user) complain because his elementary school daughter’s teacher had required the students to handwrite the words to the national anthem on paper. He did not think that handwriting was important anymore and viewed this as busy work.
Is handwriting a disappearing skill? Is that OK? Do you remember how to make a capital Q in cursive writing?
