    Yesterday, I listened to a young teacher (a technology user) complain because his elementary school daughter’s teacher had required the students to handwrite the words to the national anthem on paper. He did not think that handwriting was important anymore and viewed this as busy work.

    Is handwriting a disappearing skill? Is that OK? Do you remember how to make a capital Q in cursive writing?
