As announced earlier this summer, the TWT program is now available to non-graduate instructors at University Park See http://ets.tlt.psu.edu/twt/node/231 and http://ets.tlt.psu.edu/twt/getstarted for more details.
To accommodate the different scheduling needs, there are two suggested deadlines for the TWT Certificate portfolio. If you are a candidate who is intending to graduate from the Graduate School in the Fall 2010 semester, then a deadline of November 8 is suggested.

FYI - The ANGEL Tips section (http://ets.tlt.psu.edu/twt/angeltips) has been updated so that links point to the most current documentation for ANGEL 7.4.
Just a quick reminder that the next official TWT deadline is next Wed July 7. Please make sure you have made appropriate arrangements with your coordinator, especially in terms of summer travel plans. As always, there is some flexibility for moving TWT portfolio submission dates.
The Teaching with Technology Certificate (TWT) program is now available for instructors. The TWT certificate, formerly offered exclusively to graduate students, is a non-credit certificate showing that an instructor or teaching assistant has demonstrated the innovative use of technology in teaching.
The TWT program will now be available to instructors who have used technology in a course. This may include full-time instructors, part-time instructors, and instructors who have other roles within Penn State.
The next TWT deadline will be July 7, 2010. Please contact your TWT coordinator (http://ets.tlt.psu.edu/twt/contacts) if you intend to complete your portfolio by then. If you need some flexibility with your timeline, please let your coordinator know so appropriate arrangements may be made.
Good luck this summer.
FYI - Some portfolios submitted in May have been posted in the TWT archive at http://ets.tlt.psu.edu/twt/portfolios. The list of names of those who submitted entries in May are listed on top. Congratulations to everyone who submitted their portfolios this semester. It was one of our most active semesters ever.
