About the Stickers

During the 2008 TLT Symposium, we created a set of 14 stickers that people could take and attach to their name badge, laptop, bag, etc... These were MUCH more popular than we had anticipated and several people created their own designs. For the Learning Design Summer Camp, we wanted to give the people attending the Summer Camp the opportunity to design the stickers that we would have at the event. We invited people to start creating sticker designs on July 2 and then we ordered them from moo.com on July 14 so they would arrive in time for the Summer Camp. The designs were split pretty evenly between "idea stickers" (like microBlogging, Unicode, and Camp) and "avatar stickers" (cartoon faces with attendees' nicknames or Twitter names).

Design Considerations

Please, no copyrighted material
The size should be 240x240 pixels with nothing important in the 10 pixels around all edges. Anything that goes beyond an inner 220x220 square is likely to be truncated.
The final printed size will be about 7/8 of an inch -- if you have your Symposium stickers, they're the same product.
These can be full color, so photographs, Second Life avatars, Twitter icons, and anything else will probably look just fine.
FONT: Myriad Pro, Semibold around 165 pt in size (watch out for the varied space between the letters - kerning)
