ANGEL
- User documentation within the Talisma Knowledgebase content management system

- Tools to be piloted starting in summer session II: the assessment tool (not sure about the standards and objectives tool) will be piloted in SSII. The assessment tool is a much more powerful tool than the older quiz tool, but, like say, the difference between Paint and Photoshop, there are many, many more settings and features to explore, try to "break" with testing, develop full understanding of, report bugs on to the CSS help desk/AIS programmers and then, of course, our actual end job, to explain to others as written documentation.
- ANGELshorts series of monthly fliers (PDF housed in Jeff Swain's personal Web space linked to from ANGEL Community Hub site)
- May 2009 issue: Five Things Everyone Should Know about ANGEL 7.3, issued right after the upgrade, circa May 18; to be reannounced Aug. 10
- August 2009 three issues: HTML editor, course mail, and discussion forums, to be issued by start of fall semester
- Tutorials developed by Yu-Tai Chung, documentation team member from Communications: These will parallel a series of ANGELshorts fliers to be written by Jeff. Mary anticipates she will probably be called in at some point to look over the text.
- Announcements and articles (written by Mary Janzen)
- Related Web pages on Teaching and Learning with Technology Web site (written by Mary Janzen)
- Service sheet for Symposium 2009: Updated in first half of Apr.
Course Submission & Consultation System (component developed in ITS to work within ANGEL to replace paper process of faculty proposing to add, change, or drop a course to the Faculty Senate)
- Faculty and college administrator user documentation within ANGEL server space: Faculty Senate requests interface changes several times a year since project began around 2005, which are programmed by Chris Bellocchio in Administrative Information Systems; Mary Janzen met with Chris in March and revised the documentation in late May. During summer, the documentation will need to be reformatted to be housed in the Talisma Knowledgebase, rather than in ANGEL server space as it has been until present.\
- Archiving tool documentation: tool still being programmed in AIS that will need to be documented by end of summer
Student Rating of Teaching Effectiveness (component under development in ITS to work within ANGEL to replace paper process of students rating instructors near end of term supervised by Schreyer Institute for Teaching Excellence)
- Managing Online SRTE Forms: manual for college and department SRTE representatives on how to create a form and add questions to it. To be housed on new SRTE site being designed by Esther Del Rosso in the Schreyer Institute for Teaching Excellence. Version for the current phase of the project to be published before start of fall 2009 semester. Programmers in AIS are changing the interface with a projected completion date of Oct. or Nov. at which time the documentation will need to be updated for the next phase.
- Appointing a college or department rep if you are a campus rep: brief help document for campus reps only, also to be housed on the SRTE site.
