Symphony: I read this section while engaging in a dance weekend. So, themes I heard discussed at the weekend and in the book included the ideas of confidence, communication, observation, creativity, control, balance (be centered), comfort. To look more into communication, there is more to it than just words out of mouth or on paper. You can communicate relationships, by touch, through music and beat, by drawings and the way pictures or objects are placed together in an environment. So, in addition, if you are having difficulty moving forward, would it be a benefit to engage in a creative activity like drawing, sculpting, dancing, music, crafting, baking, or even a gallery walk.
