2010 Symposium Call for Proposals

• This is scheduled to be published on 9/15

1. The story will be ready by 9/11 but will not be published until 9/15
2. The Call for Proposals will be live on 9/11
3. The marketing for the call for proposals will begin on 9/15

DC Tailgate

• Mary is meeting with Chris to get details on the tailgate

1. We want to publish this a month before the date of the tailgate

Pandemic Planning

• This will only be published if it is needed

1. Jamie is working on this based off of the information that Allan has put onto the TLT site (http://tlt.its.psu.edu/profiles/flu) and the ETS wiki (http://ets.tlt.psu.edu/wiki/Pandemic_Planning)

• The H1N1 vaccine is scheduled to be available in November

Bookend to the Back to School Feature

• Publish after the DC Tailgate story
