• Writing across site is inconsistent in voice, oftentimes technical and unapproachable by users (students, predominantly)
• Browser Title, Page Title, and Links oftentimes are not consistent. (looks as if certain pages were used as "templates" for others, overlooking title changes, etc.)
• News (currently at /Alerts) - two types, general and network
• Windows sections have outdated pages with titles/urls such as Labs2007 and SoftwareList2007
