Create a Way to Maintain Publications for Each Profile

To go forward with this feature, we need to select one of the following options:
1) Only the person who created the record can add or delete publications for a profile (this is NOT necessarily the person the profile represents).
2) Anyone can add or delete publications for any profile (even if it's not theirs).
3) Only administrators (us) can add or delete publications for any profile.

 1. I'd like to set up a custom block that would automatically pull in links to 
 certain pages, displaying just the page title and the hyperlink to take the user to 
 the page. This is for our current downloads - the idea is we create a page, tag it  
 with a special tag, and it then shows up in the custom block. 

 2. I'd like to set up a menu at the top of the main page titled Blogs. When a user 
 clicks on that menu, they see a list of the users/active blogs, then can click on the 
 blog they want to view. 

 3. Is it possible to limit the Recent Comments and Recent Posts Blocks to show only 
 the five most recent? 

 4. I'd like a module that accurately predicts the upcoming lottery numbers.
    - currently in talks with someone named Ms. Cleo about doing some consulting...

Enabling FCK Editor on EGC, Learning Design Sites
I enabled this and set permissions, but can't get it to appear. I need a 5-minute
session with a Drupal expert to show me how,

 If I have a list within a list, the nested list should be indented, but it's not. See
