Open Issues
The following remain open issues:
- Lab PC game software remains inconsistent from machine to machine.
- We continue to work on this.
Resolved Issues
- ADA Table installed. This completes all major installations in the lab.
EGC PR & Materials
- Last Friday Jason Wolfe gave a lab tour to a perspective HR student. Arranged by Susan Morse.
- Susan indicated after the event how much the student enjoyed the tour.
- This Friday Jeff Kuhns, Brett Bixler, Bart Pursel, Jason Wolfe gave a lab tour to MS.
- They seemed very impressed by the technical innovations in the lab.
- I'm hoping we may get a MS game developer to run a workshop in the lab in spring '10.

EGC 2009 Engagement Initiative & Game Development

EGC Community Site
- Working on site redesign. Current site is difficult to navigate.
- EGC Team now has a working concept on the redesign. Running this by Audrey for feedback.
- Also created two card sort activities. One is online and will be run by volunteers at a distance. The other will be done F2F. This process will help us determine if our re-conceptualization of the space is headed in the right direction.

- We will be doing a Second Life Workshop in Nov. for faculty. Working on Agenda now. Working w/Derick to promote. First part will be the basics. Second part will be discipline specific.
