Penn State Graduate School Alumni Survey
Vicki Williams sent Derick an email regarding a survey that the Graduate School Alumni has put together to explore graduate alumni connections to the University and to solicit suggestions for additional ways that they can develop programs that are interesting and relevant to graduate students. The survey consists of twenty-six questions and will take about ten minutes to complete.

Multimedia workshop descriptions
- Discuss TLT comm group involvement in proofing and submitting any training descriptions that come from ETS?
- We want the TLT Communications Group write/proof descriptions for training seminars before they are sent to the Training Group to be posted into SemReg; we want to change the workflow process of how these descriptions are created and then sent to be posted
- Derick will add this to his standing item for the manager's meeting
- We will create an email alias for the TLT Communications Group that staff members can submit these types of requests/info to (talk to Barb)
- Tara will speak with Heather Ormsby to give her a heads up that this is being done
TLA Transition update
- Review Lisa's meeting notes, current mktg plan
- Discuss future of project and communication
- Tara is meeting with Lisa today to get an update from her meeting with JTH
- Tara will also talk with Lisa about where the TLA web site will reside; should it be a part of the Training site or the TLT site?
Schreyer Institute Promotion/Marketing Collaboration
Esther Del Rosso from SITE will attend the 7/29 Communicators Group meeting to talk about upcoming SITE events and workshops and how we can cross-promote them.
