George Webster joining the TLT Communications Group

George will start on July 1

• He will sit in Rider Building on the 210 side
• Will work primarily with the Communications Group

1. Analytics
2. Web site usability
3. Marketing and promotion campaigns

• Will also work with Digital Commons and ETS multimedia group

P Card Purchases before the end of the fiscal year

Any purchases for this fiscal year need to be made by 6/19.

Google Calendar and Basecamp

The Google Calendar will display final dates for projects.

Writeboards have been created in Basecamp to track project updates for Mary, Jamie, Audrey, and Derick

• These writeboards will record project updates that are discussed in 1-on-1 meetings
• Will also be used for weekly reports

Faculty Quick-Start Story and Communications Packet

The Quick-Start story will be published as a feature on the TLT home page on July 23 (1 day after the LDSC09)

• We are currently working to put together content for this story

The Communications Packet will include printed pieces that will be done by MPC

• ANGEL Calendar
• CLC Brochure (UP only)
• Turnitin sheet (copy job)

We plan to have MPC do all stuffing, labeling, and mailing of packets to faculty

Recording equipment and Flip Video Camera

• Jamie uses the audio recorder that is owned by ETS
• Mary uses an old recorder

1. Mary would like to have a small external microphone that can plug into the recorder that she has

We have ordered a HD Flip Camera to be used by this group.

Google Analytics Training

The Training Group is working to bring an outside vendor to Penn State to provide this training

This page is now live.

Mary will edit the page.

• Do we want to remove the ETS name and add TLT to the content on the page?
• Mary will write a short summary of the hot team posts that don't have any info other than the white paper file

The next Hot Team that is being put together is for "VoiceThread"
